1. The Inevitable Turn

Sometimes in pro-wrestling, the most predictable storyline development is the right storyline development. That was the case with Kevin Owens' turn on Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston. It came off extremely well as the night drew to a close, drawing the most heat of the night from a crowd that were in strong form all evening, cementing KO as Kofi's next WWE Title challenger.

The turn came after Owens had helped The New Day run Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura off. He superkicked Kofi after the champ's Trouble In Paradise to Nak, then tore off his sky-blue New Day shirt, revealing a KO Show logo below.

Barbarism followed. The former Universal Champion threw Kingston all over ringside, then held the WWE Title in his face, screaming that he hoped his kids had a good time because the belt will be his soon. Kofi's attempted comeback was thwarted when Owens sent him back to the floor. A Xavier Woods save prevented a Powerbomb on the outside, but Xavier paid for this, eating one to the ring apron for his troubles. "Holy sh*t" chants broke out, referees tended to Woods, and Kofi was livid.

This move looked likely from the moment 'Big O' was born. It hit like a truck, and Owens is an ideal first challenger for Kingston too.
