12 Ups & 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE SmackDown (Feb 12)

Downs...

3. Cut & Paste

A brief promo compilation featuring each of the Raw Women's Tag Team Title Elimination Chamber partnerships aired on last night's SmackDown. It had originally emerged on WWE.com earlier on, and felt like a lazy cut and paste job from the editing team.

Bayley put over the "injured" Sasha Banks' passion and heart, Nia Jax and Tamina spoke over each other in a cringe-worthy clip highlighting their complete lack of chemistry, then Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan trumpeted their own togetherness. The first and last sections were fine, but listless. The middle one? Just bad. Let each other speak, please.

WWE have put so much effort into promoting the women's Chamber that inserting these promos into SmackDown wasn't in the least bit necessary. They'd have been better off leaving it out, and assigning an extra minute to Charlotte's in-ringer or McMiz TV instead.
