12 Ups & 4 Downs From Impact Wrestling Hard To Kill 2021

3. Production Flubs

As was the case with Bound For Glory's pre-show, the Countdown to Hard To Kill featured a handful of production issues as it pertained to the panelist team of Scott D'Amore, Madison Rayne, and Jon Burton.

First off, Madison's mic appeared to be slightly muted at the beginning, as her input to the conversation was near-enough inaudible at times. The audio issues continued towards the end of the pre-show as, following an interview with Ace Austin and Madman Fulton, the audio between everyone involved could still be heard despite the visuals being thrown to commercial break. Nothing major was really discussed, but regardless, this is an issue that is easily resolved.

For a promotion that's set to celebrate its twenty-year anniversary in 2022, this really shouldn't be happening. Impact are better than this. Thankfully, the main broadcast didn't suffer from this, but Impact's production team need to get it together should they continue these pre-shows going forward.
