Finn Balor made a huge impact during his brief debut on the WWE main roster, defeating both Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins en route to becoming the first WWE Universal Champion.

As we know, Balor’s debut was marred by an injury that will have him out through the first part of 2017, thus rendering his debut far less impactful than it could and should have been. However, it was a pretty notable bright spot for WWE that the company actually recognized Balor’s potential, set him up for success, and then cashed in and saw it through.

Yes, the Demon King’s reign lasted all of one day, but you have to give some credit to the company for investing in him and giving him the push to begin with.
