6. We Are Ready For Asuka

After spending two years dominating the women’s division in NXT, Asuka quickly became a major force in the Raw women’s division in just three months.

She overcame a 2-1 deficit to win the women’s Survivor Series match for the Raw brand. Fans’ chant of “Asuka’s gonna kill you” has followed her to WWE, which is a great sign. She has run through the competition so far, and she could be viewed as an early favorite to win the women’s Royal Rumble in January.

WWE could use someone like the Empress of Tomorrow, who has the potential to be the focal point for the Raw women’s division, and her arrival on the main roster was definitely one of the brighter spots of 2017.
