It might seem hypocritical to list the Divas Revolution as both a positive and a negative, but despite all the mishandling, poor booking and other missteps, womens wrestling is in a (slightly) better spot in WWE than it was at the beginning of 2015. WWE called up three extremely talented women to bolster the Divas division ranks and has several others in NXT who could contribute to the product in 2016. The quality of Divas matches has increased notably, and several of the female roster mainstays have stepped up their game in the face of the new talent. All of that has to be viewed as a positive. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vNSVaayTCCs While the poor writing has been a major detriment and served to nearly undo the positives, the table has been set for womens wrestling to finally advance beyond bathroom break matches.
