9. The Beast Vs The Animal
Over on Raw, Batista became the World Champion at the same time as Cena won the WWE Title. Lesnar leaving or staying with Smackdown wouldn't have impacted Batista's rise. But what might have been different is the WWE 2005 Draft. Instead of swapping Batista and Cena between Raw and Smackdown, perhaps Lesnar would've been drafted over to Raw to feud with Batista. He would've been on Smackdown for years at that point, so it would have made sense to get him on Raw and leave Smackdown to the new next big thing in John Cena. Once Lesnar was on Raw, WWE would've almost certainly done a big summer feud of The Beast versus The Animal. Both Lesnar and Batista look like monsters, so it would be the kind of visual spectacle that would draw. An all out warring brawl would be won by Lesnar at SummerSlam, re-establishing him as the company's top heel.
