A quick timeline of Sasha Banks' recent WWE career:-

7 April: The Boss 'n' Hug Connection lose their Women's Tag Team Championships to The IIconics after a reign of just 49 days.

9 April: Reports that Banks was unhappy following a "backstage incident" at WrestleMania 35 circulate.

12 April: Dave Meltzer's Wrestling Observer Newsletter states that Sasha attempted to quit WWE over the weekend, and was told to take time off in the hope that she'd reconsider. Meanwhile, Pro Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin writes that the 'Mania aftermath saw Banks and Bayley laying on the locker-room floor at 'Mania, complaining loudly. Banks unfollows WWE and follows AEW on Twitter.

13 April: Brad Shepard claims Sasha had informed WWE she wouldn't be turning up for the following week's tapings.

17 April: Per Dave Meltzer, WWE have Banks pencilled in for Money In The Bank on 19 May, but there's no guarantee she'll actually show up.

This absolute mess of a story isn't going away. Expect the coming weeks to be full of twists and turns, and for 'The Boss' to either negotiate her way out of the company, return to television, or get the Neville treatment.
