12 Wrestlers With Terrible Backstories

6. Adam Bomb

You know, I can’t help but think that Adam Bomb’s terrible character was based off of lies! Will he ever atone for his sins?

We were told that Mr. Bomb was a survivor of the Three Mile Island accident, which was a partial nuclear meltdown. Conflicting studies have come out about the health effects from the incident, but one thing is for sure in that Bomb was absolutely the only person in that area whose eyes and tongue were permanently discoloured by it. Poor dude.

And apparently Bomb was so upset and traumatised by this nuclear meltdown he survived through that he decided to fight grown men to work out his anger issues.

One must also wonder what the odds are of someone being named “Adam Bomb” who just happened to be from the island at the time. He would have been 15 at the time of the incident, so you can only imagine how much he was made fun of as a kid with that name before the meltdown.

Obviously, the reader can come to their own conclusion about the honesty of Bomb, but for now, I remain skeptical.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
