12 Wrestlers WWE Removed From History

2. CM Punk

CM Punk's abrupt quitting WWE in 2014 was a professional and personal insult to the company. Not only did he leave them in the lurch, he also disrespected Triple H. For that heinous crime, WWE redacted him from history. That even went as far as putting post-it notes over his face on event posters in the WWE Headquarters. Mentioning his epic 434 day title reign, or any of his great promos and matches, became strictly off limits in WWE. That even meant editing him out of video packages that played footage from The Undertaker's streak matches. It was like the classic he had with Punk never happened. Without doubt, he's one of the best wrestlers of this decade. Just don't expect WWE to ever tell you that.
