Just like Natalya saying she loved Nikki Bella, it's the way Heath Slater said "women" in a bit of a sarcastic tone that means this sentence is a WTF Moment. It's a sentence that will have triggered a lot of people world wide, because we live in a society that gets triggered very easily these days.
I'm shocked that WWE allowed Heath to say such a thing when they have so many sponsors to please, plus the fact the women on their television shows have gone through a huge revolution and subsequent evolution in recent times.
Maybe Heath went into bat for himself here and said something off script? I would't be surprised if that's the case. WWE wouldn't write such a line into their programming these days.
