9. Luke Gallows

The most current entry featured on this list, Luke Gallows spent significant time away from the WWE spotlight. Following many failed attempts to ignite his career with characters like the 'Fake' Kane and Festus, the man found some success as part of CM Punk's short-lived 'Straight Edge Society'.

That stable was disbanded, though, and the big man's contract was terminated shortly thereafter. A move to TNA yielded the Aces & Eights stable for Gallows, renamed Doc by the company.

It wasn't until he moved to New Japan Pro Wrestling that Gallows managed to once again grab WWE's attention however.

Forming an excellent tag-team alongside Karl Anderson, Gallows was part of the Bullet Club. His performances caught WWE's eye, and they signed him to a deal this year.

It was only on the most recent episode of Monday Night Raw that Gallows made his debut, beating down The Usos alongside Anderson.

Instantly, he has more of a badass aura surrounding him. Let's hope he isn't placed in another hokey gimmick and that he can keep this cool edge.
