Continuing on from the success of 2009, WWE had a very good 2010. Making a profit of over $53 million, the annual report called the company "new WWE", pointing out how the move to PG in 2008 had made strong growth possible.
"Our businesses exhibited three major areas of strength," Vince McMahon said, "increased value from our television content, dramatic growth from our global toy licensing partnership with Mattelwhich drove a staggering 113% increase in toy revenueand continued financial discipline."
