13 Problems Nobody Wants To Admit About WrestleMania 31

12. Is Anyone Else BUT Ryback A SERIOUS Contender For The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal Trophy?

WWE's lower card these days is pretty abysmal. Midcarders trade wins and losses so much that the Intercontinental Championship is being contested in a ladder match with seven wrestlers who all literally occupy the exact same position on the card. If a midcarder and somehow not in that match, then where does that leave you insofar as your level of believability as a contender for much of anything? WWE wants us to believe that a recently returned (and freshly starched by Roman Reigns) Mark Henry and giant corporate stooges Kane and Big Show are the three giants (maybe also add Erick Rowan to that mix) that Ryback must eliminate to win. Of course, this is the same Ryback that has pinned Money in the Bank briefcase holder Seth Rollins. As well, the entire crowd LOVES chanting "FEED ME MORE" at Ryback, too. Maybe if WWE had teased something with Ryback and Curtis Axel's old tag team, or maybe if much of WWE's lower midcard wasn't presented as a step above garbage we'd care about Ryback's likely win. Buuut, we don't.
