13 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Dynamite (Feb 12)

11. Lucky Little Bastard

PAC dark
AEW

Another week, another glorious black-and-white PAC promo, this time featuring 'The Bastard' running, flexing, and gurning his way through the streets of his Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England hometown.

Watching PAC stand on street corners and use bridges your writer literally passes on his way to WhatCulture HQ every morning was a subjective treat. As far as the content itself goes, PAC was great. He claimed Kenny Omega hadn't been the same since he'd choked him out, understanding that 'The Best Bout Machine's' self-confidence was going - because he was the reason. PAC said Kenny was scared, "as you f*cking" should be, and soon, Omega was "30 minutes with the best in the world."

The beauty, as always, is in the delivery. PAC is such a gruff little grump that he could probably read your mother's shopping list and sound imposing. This format suits him extremely well and he's doing a sterling job of building the Omega bout while Kenny occupies himself with Tag Team Championship matches.
