Its not often that Randall Keith Orton, one of the most gifted in-ring competitors in WWE history, messes up a move. Promos, yes and if he takes any longer getting to the ring, he might one day forget where it is. But in terms of workrate, the mans practically a machine. Which is why its oddly gratifying to watch the above clip, from a February 2012 episode of Monday Night RAW, as he conspicuously fails to deliver his own finishing move to the Big Show, who nonetheless collapses to the canvas as if driven in with a hammer. In the original clip, if you listen closely, you can hear Orton vehemently muttering a naughty word (and, of course, the crowds heartwarming cries of you f**ked up!) before he and Show run the ropes to recreate the RKO the way it was supposed to be done, and just before Daniel Bryan runs in for the DQ finish.
