13 Wrestlers Who Were Better In NJPW Than They Were In TNA
7. Micah
Micah, who would later become Tanga Loa, the son of Haku, failed to stand out as a member of Impact's roster in 2015. To put things in perspective WWE though of him better and even gave him a run as FCW tag team champion with another future NJPW star, CJ Parker, later known as Juice Robinson. Impact management must have thought he was a loss they could afford to take, and simply let him go as a measure of cutting costs and saving money.
After getting released from his contract, Tanga Loa would become one of the first additions to Kenny Omega's Bullet Club in 2016, joining his brother Tama Tonga to become the Guerrillas of Destiny. GoD would eventually become one of NJPW's top tag teams, winning the IWGP Heavyweight Tag titles six times. Tanga Loa would also be an asset in six-man tag matches, winning the NEVER 6-man belts three times, twice in the Bullet Club's heavy unit with Bad Luck Fale, and once with the speed unit, using Taiji Ishimori, but always with his brother at his side.
He and his brother would also usher in the new era of Bullet Club as they splintered off and became the Firing Squad, sparking a feud with The Elite.
