Owen 'The Blue Blazer' Hart was probably the most athletically gifted wrestler on our list. However, his cheesy masked superhero persona severely limited his upside.

The Blazer was without question a competent high-flyer despite what his win/loss record may have indicated. Unfortunately, his biggest singles win during his first run in the late 1980s came against Steve Lombardi, aka The Brooklyn Brawler - one of the most notorious jobbers in the company’s history. His first stint with WWE ended shortly after his Wrestlemania V loss to Mr. Perfect.

The character resurfaced in the late 1990s and primarily competed in tag matches with his partner Jeff Jarrett. Though the duo was primarily utilized as a comedy act, they did briefly hold the tag titles, which helps to keep the Blazer at a respectable spot on our list.
