This dream match came about after CM Punk told Hulk Hogan to "shut the f*** up" during a Twitter spat over the Stanley Cup finals. He also said that he'd wreck him and pointed out that Hogan didn't even know the right names of hockey stars. It was an interesting attack, one which appeared to have very real feeling behind it. Others dismissed it as just wrestlers working their followers, but it looks like there really was some heat there. Hogan also tweeted some jabs, taking a dig about Punk being a quitter. Naturally, fans now want to see the pair wrestle. Knowing Punk, he'd probably get a good match out of the Hulkster. As for commercial value, it would absolutely be one of the biggest matches in the company. It is a WrestleMania match or SummerSlam headliner. Unfortunately, Hogan isn't likely to ever pass WWE's physical, hence why he's not had any matches since coming back in 2014.
