14 Early WWE Predictions For WrestleMania 31

5. Sting Will Defeat Triple H...But HHH Will Carry The Match

Reponses to this match have been polarizing, to say the least. On one hand, many people think Sting wrestling is amazing, something worthy of a dream match; after all, he is the biggest wrestling superstar to have (as of yet) never wrestled in a WWE ring. On the other hand, Steve Borden will be 56 by the time WrestleMania comes around, and he will be long past his prime in terms of wrestling ability. So while Sting/Triple H seems to be all but confirmed at this point, it€™s going to be an interesting match for sure. Sting will have to depend on Triple H to keep the match pace going smoothly, while making sure not to do any particularly dangerous spots. As Triple H is a lot younger and relatively healthier than Sting, a lot of pressure will be put on him to make sure the match goes well. Of course, the match result will be important as well. Sting will have to win, no matter what. Sure, Triple H has his ego, but it won€™t make any sense for WWE to have signed Sting if he loses his first match in WWE. As a result, fans should expect a competitive match, but the end result will (hopefully) see Triple H tapping out to the Scorpion Deathlock.
