14 Early WWE Predictions For WrestleMania 31

1. Seth Rollins Will Cash In The MiTB Briefcase And Win

There are a lot of people who want to see this happen, and the circumstances for it are almost too perfect. Roman Reigns is almost a star, yet in the minds of many people, he is not ready for the main event or the World title. Brock Lesnar is leaving WWE for MMA, thus depriving the WWE of a major heel and true badass. Seth Rollins has been carrying that Money in the Bank Briefcase since the Money In the Bank PPV in June 2014, and has teased cash-ins on numerous occasions. But most importantly, no one has ever cashed in at WrestleMania. Vince has promised this to be the biggest WrestleMania ever, so what better way to do so than by making history with the first ever successful MiTB briefcase cash-in on the biggest stage of them all? Rollins being featured so prominently over the last year means that the WWE€™s higher-ups like him. He has proven to be a safe and reliable worker, and has come across as a genuine bad guy. Given his history with Roman Reigns, it would be the perfect way to continue this intense rivalry into the summer, giving fans a genuinely hot feud to watch once WrestleMania ends. Imagine the sight: an exhausted Roman Reigns hold the World title above his head, barely able to stand on his own two feet. He goes to one turnbuckle to show off his new belt, but before he can raise it over his head, Seth Rollins his Reigns with his briefcase, then cashes it in. Reigns slowly gets up, only to get curb-stomped by Rollins. The referee counts 1€2€3! We have a new world champion in Seth Rollins, who celebrates to close the show. For this to happen, however, would require someone to convince Vince McMahon of the plan€™s benefits and Roman€™s inexperience, both of which would be hard to prove to someone as stubborn as Vince. That said, while this might not be much of a possibility at this point, it€™s a small glimmer of hope that one should hold on to, at least for now.
