10 Most Memorable WWE Underdog Victories

5. 1-2-3 Kid Defeats Razor Ramon - Raw 1993

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obwnbKlbysM This is one of those moments that moves down on the list when you look back at it in hindsight, but when it happened, it was one of the more shocking things anyone had ever seen in wrestling. One of the top heels in the WWF, Razor was a rising star that had big things in the future, in the eyes of many. The 1-2-3 Kid was yet another "enhancement talent" that wrestled on television back in that era, random people brought in from across the country to wrestle established names and get destroyed for a few minutes. Nobody looked at Kid and said he would probably go on to win 12 total titles for promotions that had television deals and were on pay-per-view. The match was going on the way everyone thought it would, when absolutely out of nowhere, Kid hit a Moonsault and got the pin, and the crowd went nuts. It was his only offensive move of the entire match, but it was effective. As Kid high-tailed it out of the ring and headed backstage, Razor flipped out in the ring, embarrassed that he lost. It would set up a connection between the two that remains to this day, where they would either be feuding or teaming together for much of the next five in-ring years, both in the WWF and in WCW. We thought The Kid would be another nobody, but the WWF had other plans, and it all started by blowing us all away, 21 years ago.
