2. Debuting In And Working For WWE

We then skip forward a year and land on Bischoff's surprise debut with WWE. JBL recalls how he was backstage talking to The Undertaker when Bischoff walked by and he had no idea what was going on (but thought it was a cool thing). JBL says that Bischoff's arrival wasn't well-received with some of the boys in the back (although nobody was mean to him). Bischoff was impressed by Vince when the two spoke on the phone, calling him elegant, respectful, honest and that within 90 seconds he was telling himself that working for WWE was going to be a blast. There wasn't a moment between his first conversation with Vince to his on-air firing that he didn't think differently. I think everyone will agree that Bischoff was fantastic as an on-air personality for WWE and performed far better than anyone would have expected from him initially.
