6. Roman Reigns (Raw - 29 April 2013)

If Roman Reigns were to beat John Cena cleanly in today's WWE, few would be surprised. After all, Reigns is now on par with Cena as one of the organisation's biggest stars. That wasn't the case back in 2013 though. At that point, Reigns was part of The Shield and still finding his feet on the main roster.

On the 29 April 2013 episode of Raw, Roman smashed Cena with a Spear and picked up the win in a 6-man tag match. Should that fail to impress anyone, then take a moment to consider that Cena had just beaten The Rock cleanly himself a few weeks earlier at WrestleMania XXIX. This was the biggest win of Roman's career by far at that point.

Just like Justin Gabriel, Cena obviously saw something in Reigns, at least enough to let the rookie pin him cleanly on Raw. Expect WWE to completely ignore this victory should Reigns and Cena feud today, but it was a stepping stone for Roman, and an important one.
