14 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE SmackDown Superstar Shake-Up

9. New Moon Rising

Ember Moon quietly returned as part of the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal, putting forth a middling effort before being tossed out of the ring. It was a disappointingly low-key comeback for a sublime athlete who should be well-equipped to play a big role in WWE's women's division after a bland start to main roster life in 2018.

Missing since the Royal Rumble, 'The Shenom' has now been switched to SmackDown. She was the first wrestler to interrupt Becky Lynch during her mid-show promo, claiming that she had arrived on SmackDown to make a name for herself, and that the best way to do that was to come at 'The Man.' She isn't wrong, though she'll probably have to wait a while before making a serious title challenge.

Ember is another awesome SD acquisition. The isn't the best talker, but she's definitely in that category between the ropes, and her Eclipse finisher is among the sport's most eye-catching. It's going to be super exciting to see what she can do in this, the most stacked scene in the entire company.
