I'm not suggesting that The Miz should have defeated Roman Reigns in SmackDown's main event, or even scraped a draw against the Big Dog - but the Intercontinental Champion has now lost twice in a week, mere days before his Payback title defence against Cesaro.
Fortunately for Miz, the reintroduction of Maryse has freshened up his character slightly - maybe even enough to see him retain against the Swiss Superhero on Sunday night.
