6. Randy Orton Cashes In Money In The Bank on Daniel Bryan (2013)
If you're a Daniel Bryan fan you probably hate this moment, but if you're a fan of big moments happening at a major event like SummerSlam then you should really appreciate how good it was. Bryan was in the biggest match of his life as he challenged John Cena for the WWE Title. Those of us online knew that Cena was losing because he needed biceps surgery, but it's not like WWE said it on TV. We assumed Bryan would go on to win his first WWE Title (he had already been World Champion) and that's exactly what happened. He beat Cena clean. The Los Angeles crowd went crazy. That's when the moment happened. Triple H was the referee of the WWE Title match. Randy Orton's music played. He was in possession of the Money in the Bank briefcase. Orton left. Bryan celebrated with the WWE Title, but then Orton stared back at him and Triple H hit Bryan with a Pedigree in the center of the ring. Orton cashed in. Hunter rang the bell. Orton covered Bryan and he became the WWE Champion. It was a massive heel turn that set the wheels in motion for a story that played out over the next six months. It may not have went perfectly, but it ended the right way at WrestleMania 30 with Bryan winning the WWE Title.
