15 Biggest Remaining WWE Hall Of Fame Snubs

2. Chyna

Like Sable, Chyna helped to take the women of the WWF to levels they had never reached before. Like Sable, there was a time when Chyna's crowd reactions were as loud as just about any man in wrestling. Like Sable, Chyna's Playboy appearance did incredible numbers and brought the company plenty of mainstream coverage and publicity. However, where Chyna differs from Sable is the "girl power" aspect that she brought to the table, and how important that was for an entire generation of young female wrestling fans. She was nearly six-feet-tall, and weighed almost 200 pounds, with a bodybuilding background and plenty of strength. That meant that she could, and did, "hang" with the male wrestlers in the ring. You simply can't underestimate how much that meant to young girls watching at home or in the crowd, seeing her being able to compete with men and not just be some piece of "eye candy". That's the kind of empowerment that you simply cannot put a price on. Look... everyone knows the story of what happened between Chyna, Triple H, and Stephanie McMahon. The story has been told ad nauseam at this point. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that Chyna basically being blackballed from the company probably has to do with Trips and Steph and their status. It also doesn't take a genius to figure out that the odds of Chyna being brought back for a Hall Of Fame induction are pretty slim, as long as Trips and Steph are still around. Of course, her train wreck of a life post-WWF probably doesn't help her out any. Her drug and alcohol issues, as well as her hardcore porn career (including a wrestling parody movie), isn't something the company would want anything to do with these days. That doesn't speak to the importance of her role while she was working there, though.
