11. JBL Gives Eddie Guerrero's Mother A Heart Attack

Okay, so this one was a total work but it still warrants a mention on the list due to the unique nature of it. Following his successful WWE Championship defence against JBL at a May 2nd 2004 house show, hometown boy Eddie Guerrero invited his wife, kids and mother into the ring to celebrate. Following the love-in, the dastardly JBL re-entered the ring and laid Eddie out with a Clothesline From Hell.

Turning his attention to Eddie's Mom, JBL put his hands on her, leading her to have a 'mild heart attack'. The heat was incredible, and WWE filmed the angle to air on Smackdown. Some felt it was in poor taste but it definitely gave JBL and Eddie a proper reason to clash at Judgement Day. The whole thing was done brilliantly, even if some felt WWE had crossed the line.
