Who's Involved: CM Punk, AJ Lee and Daniel Bryan What Happened: What do you get when you place three of the best wrestlers in the world into one ring? A killer feud with outstanding matches and characters that keep you wanting more. CM Punk was just picking up a head of steam in his 434 day WWE title reign while Bryan was already well into main event level, AJ Lee however, was a loose cannon. But by god did she nail her 'unhinged' role. It all came off the back of Bryan's infamous 18 second loss at WrestleMania, dumping his girlfriend AJ in the after math. She then turned her focus to future real-life husband CM Punk who Bryan was feuding with over the WWE championship at the time. AJ kept the fans guessing as she basically teased both superstars to her hearts content, even kissing both men before skipping out of the ring on one memorable episode of Smackdown. AJ was special guest referee for their title match at Money in the Bank and counted Punks win but became disorientated after Punk rejected her marriage proposal. Bryan would then reveal he still had feelings for her and proposed himself, only to be dumped at the alter when Lee was offered the job of Raw GM. Very few times in history has a female wrestler dominated the main event scene like AJ Lee did during this fantastically pieced together angle. Who Lost Out: No one. Punk went on his record championship reign and married the lovable diva a few years later. Bryan lost the title match but showcased his main event caliber to the world and rode the wave of fan support all the way to his eventual WWE Championship win at WrestleMania XXX.
