15 Greatest TNA Finishing Moves Ever

5. Samoa Joe - Muscle Buster

Samoa Joe originally took TNA by storm. His offense was devastating, and his charisma was undeniable. He also had a great finisher in the Muscle Buster. The move looks brutal, as the opponent is hoisted onto Joe’s shoulders, with their legs locked, and neck held at an unnatural angle. Having him jump to the ground like he does, makes it look like it could believably knock you out.

Over the years, the move seemed to shed some of the impact it initially had, and he would also go a little bit easier on big name opponents by letting go of their legs before impact, but when the move is done with the right opponent it looks brilliant.

Sadly for TNA, Joe took his move over to NXT, and even sadder for Tyson Kidd in that it broke his neck. Still, let’s remember the good times of The Muscle Buster...just don’t try it on anyone you care about.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
