15 Greatest TNA Finishing Moves Ever
6. Homicide - Gringo Killer
The Gringo Killer is essentially banned from WWE, as it's deemed a high risk for neck injuries. Gregory Helms used to perform the move in WCW, but had to find a new finisher when he came over for the Invasion angle. The rules seem to be a little looser in TNA, as Homicide was allowed to use the maneuver, which almost always looked absolutely deadly.
The set-up is a bit convoluted, as you have to pick up your opponent over your head when they're turned away from you, but the results are worth it. The victim is held upside down, unable to do anything except pray for a safe landing, and then are helplessly spiked into the mat.
While Helms made the move look great, Homicide was able to pull it off a bit faster, making it even more vicious.
