15 Greatest TNA Finishing Moves Ever

9. Awesome Kong - Sitdown Powerbomb

There are very few moves in wrestling that are as satisfying to watch as a good old fashioned powerbomb. Whether it's Kevin Nash lifting up his opponent, and just dropping them to the mat, or seeing Seth Rollins bomb someone into the turnbuckle, it's just a great move. And over the past couple decades, very few men or women have performed the powerbomb as well as Awesome Kong.

When she first came to TNA, Kong ran through everyone. She took on a series of jobbers, mangling each one of them, likely making them wish they'd never stepped into a wrestling ring. What made her sitdown powerbomb so great was how her opponents were so much smaller than her. Kong could easily lift them up and slam them into the mat with such ease that you felt bad for them.

While Kong's bomb probably didn't feel all that great to take, it sure as hell was fun to watch.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
