Rumble He Drew '14': 1992 How Was He Cursed?: Within a couple months of being #14 in the 1992 Royal Rumble, Hercules was gone from the company and would arrive in WCW as The Super Invader. After wrestling in only three televised matches for WCW, he would be gone from there, as well. He would then go to Japan and find some minor success in a tag team with Scott Norton, winning the IWGP Tag Team Titles for New Japan Pro Wrestling before returning back to America and finishing off his career in relative obscurity. In 2004, the man would pass away in his sleep. He was only 47 years old, but had been dealing with heart disease, and was rumored to have been weakened by years of steroid use, exacerbating the problem. He was never a top-tier guy in the WWF, but his mainstream wrestling career was never quite the same after his appearance in the 1992 Rumble, and the fact that he became yet another early death statistic in pro wrestling only makes things worse.
