15 Mid 90s WWE Superstars You Totally Don't Remember

4. Kwang (1993-1995)

So, what do you do if you're Vince McMahon and you want to sign a Puerto Rican heavyweight grappler with six years of worldwide experience as "TNT?" The best answer to that question is sign him, then immediately put him under a mask as a "Great Muta"-style "Asian" wrestler named Kwang. Right. This was an idea that was doomed to fail. Intriguingly enough, Kwang's last match as "Kwang" was versus Hakushi, aka Jinsei Shinzaki, an actual Asian portraying an Asian grappler in the WWF. Two weeks after losing his final match as Kwang, we were introduced to who the Puerto Rican wrestler born Juan Rivera likely should've been known as all along...Savio Vega.
