In January of 2011, Bret Hart returned to the company (now known as WWE) and made amends with Shawn Michaels in a scene many thought they would never see. The sight of Shawn and Bret burying the hatchet and hugging one another was like something out of a movie. The two have since made several appearances together in which they seem to be genuinely happy and consider themselves friends once again. While neither man is likely to ever forget their history and the ill-will once shared between the two, they both seem to be in a much better place than they would have been had they continued to hold onto their grudges. They are two of the greatest wrestlers of all-time and were front and center of one of the greatest rivalries ever. Their feud brought the professional wrestling industry into the 21st century (and helped to kickstart the Attitude Era) and their careers will forever be linked.
