9. He Wasn't Ready For The Spot In 1996
Stone Cold reveals that Hunter told him that had he won the 1996 King of the Ring as planned, he can objectively say he wasn't ready at the time. If the Curtain Call that caused him to be punished hadn't happened and Vince had gone with him over Austin, he wasn't prepared.
