15 Things You Might Have Missed From Last Night’s WWE SmackDown

2. How Hard AJ Styles Hit The Floor

In this writer's opinion, that SmackDown match between AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura was more enjoyable than their tussles at 'Mania, in Saudi Arabia or at Backlash. Whilst the intensity wasn't there at the first bell (things were surprisingly quite respectful), it developed into a superb match with some meaty bumps.

Early on, AJ almost brained himself by performing a springboard forearm from the ring to the arena floor.

Seriously, take a look at how hard Styles crashed into the ground after connecting. He was barely able to protect his own body, and it's possible he was in more pain than Shinsuke after the move. Styles shot over Nakamura by such a considerable distance that he's lucky not to have struck the announce desk too.
