A mixed tag for the 24/7 Championship kicked off within minutes of Raw hitting the airwaves. It was Drake Maverick and wife Renee Michelle against Carmella and R-Truth, and while the usual 24/7 rules were suspended for the bout, a gang of goobers were assembled around the ring, ready to strike as soon as the match was done.

The bout was fine. Enhanced by Truth and Maverick's ongoing feud, it saw Drake particularly fired up to get his hands on the division's ace and his green-and-gold belt, while his wife was wrestling her first televised WWE match since the 2017 Mae Young Classic. Ultimately, the challengers were foiled. Maverick was thrown outside then carted around by the goobers before sliding back in, saving Renee, with his diverted attention allowing R-Truth to nail the Superkick for the 1-2-3.

That's when the real chaos began. The goober posse swarmed on Truth as the 24/7 rule kicked backed in and a massive pile ensued, prompting the referee to make the counted. Bodies peeled off one by one, with Mike Kanellis revealed as the first man down, prompting the usual Benny Hill chase backstage.

If you hate the 24/7 Title, you probably hated this. Subjectively, your writer was suitably Sports Entertained.
