15 Ups & 6 Downs For WWE NXT In 2019

Downs...

6. The Tag Division

Forgotten Sons

There's no getting away from NXT's primary failing since they were forced into advertising it every week on USA Network - the doubles division hasn't ever been repopulated from the last main roster raid.

The Undisputed Era had already cycled through big match bangers with every pair anyway, but the loss of The Viking Raiders and Street Profits in particular exposed a gaping hole a returning Breezango couldn't fill.

The Forgotten Sons still have the most self-effacing gimmick in wrestling, whilst underdogs Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch can't just be kept in stasis as plucky losers if the brand wants to run another Dusty Rhodes Classic without looking totally stupid.
