4. Vs. The Big Show - Punjabi Prison Match, Great American Bash 2006
WWE originally advertised The Undertaker versus The Great Khali in a Punjabi Prison match, which makes sense since it was apparently Khali's 'speciality' and the two were engaged in a feud. When medical tests showed that Khali had 'elevated liver enzymes' and would not be able to compete, they drafted in ECW's Big Show as a replacement. Did the swap make the match quality any better? Of course not. The novelty of the Punjabi Prison gimmick soon wore off when it became readily apparent that neither Show nor Undertaker had any idea what to do with it. This was twenty minutes of two big guys just wandering around, occasionally hitting each other and then wandering around some more. It didn't help that Show was completely knackered at this point and badly needed a vacation. The match did have one highlight, though: 'Taker delivered a massive superplex on Show, eliciting a 'holy s***' chant from an audience that were starving for some real action.
