15 Wrestling Matches You Won't Believe Happened In 2018

10. FSCW 30-Man Rumble (Florida Supercon)

Colt Cabana sat down with various wrestlers before and after their matches in a special edition ALL IN edition of his Art Of Wrestling podcast, and it was during these earnest interviews that discussion of wrestling Twitter highlighted how genuinely significant social media can be.

A retweeted video or shared gif can be a huge difference-maker for a performer in 2018, though those elusive "numbers" are often gained through silliness rather than silky skill. And it was this philosophy that earned Florida Supercon organisers huge attention for their 30-Man Rumble this past July.

Capitalising on the capitulation of beloved brand Toys R Us, the group sent a local out dressed as mascot Geoffrey, with the animal apparently keen to purge his recent plight by smashing f*ck out of the field.

But 2018 really wasn't his year.

Attitude Era icon Gangrel had the answer for Toys R Us' late last gasp, and it was sadly the one that had been scuppering them for years - Amazon Prime. Using an announcer's iPhone, the former Brood leader ordered a parcel to be delivered during the match. Upon arrival, he walloped the long-necked lunatic on the nose and sent him careering to the floor.
