Braun Strowman had a much to be getting on with at SummerSlam, which was perhaps why his match with Kevin Owens was restricted to 1:50. That could also be because 'KO' is a total coward of course, but there was still no need to over-exert the 'Monster Among Men' ahead of his main event interruption.

Owens, to his credit, maximised his minutes in the same way WWE excecs do running f*cking trailers for a Network you already have during a show you can only watch with a subscription to said Network.

His stock seemed remarkably high amongst coming out of the show despite a humbling loss. In 1:50, he bumped so hard from one clothesline that he nearly went into the first row, and from another performed a flip bump that would have been one of the most graceful moments of the night had it not accentuated a beating from a subhuman Giant.

Owens had little direction before but may potentially resume hostilities with Roman Reigns in the coming months. WWE continues to be the best place to fundamentally fail.
