16 Revelations From The FalconArrow's WWE Reddit AMA

Is Damien Sandow screwed?

There’s a recent tradition of WWE staff/employees anonymously posting insider information and occasional spoilers to popular bulletin board Reddit under the ‘Squared Circle’ wrestling banner: most recently, from user ‘falconarrow’, whose information was almost invariably accurate.

Her (we’ll say ‘she’ and ‘her’ for convenience’ sake) information had to have come from someone who sat in on creative meetings or who had meetings with people who did, but she referred to the WWE writers as ‘they’, indicating that she worked in creative, but not in Creative - perhaps for wwe.com as a writer or editor.

Before RAW this past Monday, she participated in her first AMA conversation - Ask Me Anything, in which she revealed some interesting tidbits of information in the post-WrestleMania season.

To save you time in wading through the morass of smarky comments and private jokes that comprise r/SquaredCircle, I’ve compiled the most interesting of the revelations here. Spoilers may ensue, and all spelling and grammatical errors are hers, not mine, because I’m like a damn machine.

The reason I’m using the past tense? Three hours into the AMA, falconarrow abruptly deleted her account. Perhaps coincidentally, that account was 434 days old at the time - when someone mentioned that, falconarrow joked:

"Oh no. Does my account get deleted by the Rock for no reason tonight?"

Was she found by WWE enforcers, her account forcibly wiped and made to look like a suicide… or was she just irritated by the metric f*ckton of notifications she was getting? Or did The Rock show up at her door with a flamethrower? Who knows...

falconarrow’s stated motivation for spreading insider information and the occasional non-spoiling spoiler was her enjoyment in inciting debate and conversation about wrestling. Yes, that’s right: she was one of us.

Non-spoiling spoilers? Absolutely. Usually, she’d post a nudge to watch that night’s episode of RAW for a massive return, or post hints about what was about to happen, but rarely the bold, unvarnished facts.

And if you’re still sceptical about whether she was legit, amongst many other things, she predicted the Undertaker's sudden return at Battleground last year, Kevin Owens' call-up to the main roster and the return of Shane McMahon, all before they took place.

On her ill-fated AMA on Monday afternoon (US time), she predicted that there would be two returns that night (one of whom hadn’t been in the company in five years, and one of which would be a woman), and strongly hinted that Zack Ryder would lose the Intercontinental Championship.

Cesaro returned dramatically from injury to join the Fatal Four-Way (a match that falconarrow had also predicted) for the number one contender’s position, and two-time WWE Divas Champion Maryse returned after nearly five years off WWE television to help her real life husband The Miz take the IC title and (presumably) join him as his valet.

While falconarrow advised that the former Bullet Club would not be making their debut, she could confirm that two NXT call-ups would occur, and specifically admitted when pressed that Enzo and Cass - The Realest Guys In The Room - would debut. That first appearance took place, Enzo ripping on the Dudleyz in incendiary style for his first Monday Night RAW showing, and Apollo Crews also debuted to defeat poor, poor Tyler Breeze.

That’s a lot of accuracy for guesswork.
