Dustin 'Goldust' Rhodes tweeted the following roughly one hour through Money In The Bank:-

He isn't wrong. Chicago crowds are hotter than hell, and while their cheers, jeers, chants, and general behaviour aren't always in-line with WWE's chosen narrative, their noise is legendary. Wrestlers are almost guaranteed some kind of hearty reception, and compelling them to silence is one hell of an achievement.

Sadly, Bobby Lashley accomplished it last night. His match with Sami Zayn turned the building into a library, with the audience largely hushed throughout, only really coming alive for the big spots.

That Lashley and Zayn's bout played out to grumbles and murmurs speaks volumes of the feud in general. WWE have failed so catastrophically that they killed the hottest crowd in wrestling, and the company would do well to learn from this, particularly with regards to Bobby's presentation going forward.
