8. Finn Bálor's IC Title Reign Was The Shortest In Three Years

Finn Bálor's 22-day reign as Intercontinental Champion is the shortest since Zack Ryder's one-day stint back in 2016. Since then, the next-worst record is Dean Ambrose and his 29-day reign between TLC 2018 on 16 December and an episode of Raw on 14 January. Oddly, Lashley ended that one too.
