In a weird way, The Ascension's promo on SmackDown was awesome. This was like a throwback to days when The Ultimate Warrior would spout absolutely rubbish for a few minutes, reminding us all that cocaine is one hell of a drug.
Ok, ok, nobody is claiming that WWF stars took anything, but it was the 1980's!
Shifting towards wild claims that did actually happen, The Ascension said they were comets. The face-painted tag-team should have actually said that they were meteorites. Clearly, they didn't pay attention in school, a comet didn't wipe out the dinosaurs. Tsk tsk.
