As he continues to impress on the WWE main roster, Trick Williams has made such a strong impression on Mark Henry that the World's Strongest Man is getting the urge to wrestle again.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Henry told Jonathan Coachman that it's been a long time since the WWE Hall of Famer has had the itch to step back in the ring, but "This dude walking to the ring gets me fired up. He makes me want to wrestle again. That's the effect that Trick had on me."

Mark Henry, a former World Heavyweight Champion himself, specifically mentioned Trick Willy's "energy" and "smugness" as two factors that make him stand out, and the one-time Nation of Domination man even made comparisons to a young Rock in how Trick "talks the talk" and "walks the walk."

Having begun his wrestling training in 2018, Trick Williams joined WWE in 2021 and developed his skills in the NXT system, becoming a two-time NXT Champion, a one-time NXT North American Champion, and even having a 140-day reign as the TNA World Champion last year.

After plentiful rumblings of a main roster call-up, Trick was finally moved to SmackDown on the first Smackers episode of 2026. In the short time since then, Williams main-evented last week's SmackDown against Damian Priest, and was likewise part of the main event of this past weekend's Saturday Night's Main Event, ultimately coming up short in a fatal four-way battle won by Sami Zayn, with Zayn now going on to face Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble.

Safe to say, Trick Williams continues to improve and impress, be that to fans or to legends of the business such as Mark Henry. And likewise, WWE clearly views the 31-year-old as having the potential to be a top-tier player, with Trick already having interacted on-screen with heavy hitters like Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Damian Priest, and Sami Zayn.
