Steve inquires as to whether AJ prefers working heel or babyface, and like pretty much every wrestler ever he chooses heel because it's fun to be able to get away with acting like a jerk.

Austin follows that up by wanting to know what he thinks the future has in store for The Phenomenal One in WWE. Styles replies that the relationship he's built and the work ethic he's shown will hopefully provide a job with the company long after his in-ring career is over.

He would like to be in the position to help other wrestlers by possibly being an agent or a trainer somewhere within the offices of WWE.

Stone Cold tells him now that he's been around for a few months, he knows that he's in shark-infested waters and he knows exactly what he needs to do to succeed. AJ replies that no one can hold him down if he doesn't let them.

"You can't be held down if you give them what you want to see."

This was a surprisingly entertaining podcast from a performer who isn't known for having an over-the-top personality. He was painfully honest in the early segments regarding his father and his childhood and that set the tone for the rest of the interview. Austin has been outspoken about his admiration for Styles as a worker and you could sense the respect he had for AJ throughout the interview, providing him with advice on several occasions.
