The past two Network-exclusive editions of the Steve Austin Show podcast were must-watch episodes of the show for hardcore fans and a prime example of exactly what the company should be using their over-the-top streaming service for. Stone Cold€™s interview with Vince McMahon wasn€™t nearly as hard-hitting as we would have liked, and you could definitely tell that the Chairman was uncomfortable with some of the questions, but the follow-up episode with Triple H was much smoother and Hunter far more forthcoming. When the announcement was made during WrestleMania 31 that the next Network podcast interview would be conducted by Chris Jericho rather than Austin, it immediately added fuel to the fire that there was heat between Vince and the Texas Rattlesnake over the line of questioning he hit his former boss with.
